Da...Robin, here's to the New (gardening) Year!

Dave, I look forward to 2012 and online gardening with you.

Thomas, the radishes were delicious. I'm still trying to decide whether to harvest the carrots now or wait until the first thaw.

Ginny, I'm glad to hear you're gonna try again. I bet you'll be more successful this time around.

Vanessa, Norma, Bee Girl, Mrs. Pickles, My Urban Garden, MKgirl thanks so much! We can hardly believe the year we had. We look forward to the new one with you.

KitsapFG, this is our first year of really enjoying root crops this time of year. We look forward to trying out more and more kinds.

Marcia,You'll have to go to KitsapFG blog to see the parsnips this week.

Prairie Cat,Liz, the recipe is very simple. For every 6 oz of turnips add 4 garlic cloves. Chop and mix with 16 oz of softened cream cheese. It's slightly spicy and very tasty!

Daphne, this time of year garden planning is so easy. Everything makes perfect sense, but when summer comes, all bets are off!Jodyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05442310215979259623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2107727598493805243.post-90625833572217242342012-01-03T07:24:54.702-05:002012-01-03T07:24:54.702-05:00I wish I still had radishes.
