Most of our harvests came from the spring garden (red leaf and romaine). Some came from cold frame one (Giant Winter and cold frame two (Flashy Trout Back lettuce). The biggest spinach harvest came from cold frame three (Viroflay Giant).

ReplyDeleteI harvested pak choi today too - funny that it is in season in both climates. Enjoy your greens!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny. You're season's are usually way ahead of us. We are definitely enjoying the greens
DeleteFabulous harvest. And wow you have a lot of lettuce growing. I have the tiniest little patch this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks Daphne, we really went for it with the lettuce this year!
DeleteI wish I can grow lettuce as good as yours.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute pac choi plant!
ReplyDeleteWe think so too. Thanks for dropping by.
DeleteGreat harvest Jody, all those lettuces standing like little soldiers in a row..........look so healthy.
ReplyDeleteCongrats with your first pak choy harvest. enjoy!
We know companion gardening is good, but I gotta say that rows do look nice. Thanks about the pac choi. Truth be told, we froze it because we really weren't prepared to try something new!
DeleteGlad you are enjoying all those greens! They are a mainstay of our spring garden.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave! Your generosity has made an enormous impression and provided lots of food here!
DeleteThat is a beautiful pac choi plant. I grew some dwarf pac choi earlier in the year but they are all done now. I am wishing I had planted some regular pac choi too as we had a bunch of it last year and it was much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura. We grew that plant under lights. Belle direct sewed several other plants. Hers are doing great. We'll probably get more from them than we did from the lights. We're thinking this one's a keeper!
DeleteHandful of harvest! The row of lettuces look so promising! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Malar, we hopeful, but it's getting warm fast. Some things are already bolting. Hopefully the lettuce can hang on for a while longer.
