Spring Garden Acre is a blog about our family's gardening adventures. We call our place Spring Garden Acre, because we live on Spring Road with about an acre. We're located in zone 6b of south central PA. We grow peaches, berries, vegetables and keep a few chickens for eggs and meat.
Slice it real thin and put it on top of some cream or in a dish with sour cream and you will think it's a pound :o)
ReplyDeleteAhhh so lucky! How do you decide who gets it. I just eat it out in the patch to discourage any fighting ;) What you dont know wont make you want it.

ReplyDeleteYour first one? How did you even manage to take a picture! I would have just gobbled it up right away and taken a picture of the stem for the blog post. You must be very dedicated to your blog! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Prairie Cat, thanks so much for commenting. I was so excited about that strawberry that I had to share with my blogging world friends. Since then our 4 year old, whose even more excited than me, has been picking and eating all the half ripe berries he can find. I'm not sure any of the berries will make it to the kitchen this June.
